What is G&S?

Well hello there. Welcome to my site. I'm Jaton Gunter and I created G&S wines for you!

Here's just a few of my credentials, and what G&S wines is all about. Thanks for stopping by and happy drinking.

Are you one of those people who likes to drink wine, and constantly find themselves in situations either at work or socially, where the topic of conversation centers around wine, and you have no idea what to say?

Another possibility is that you are planning a party or wedding, and are looking for the right type of social lubricant to keep the crowd engaged in conversation.

Maybe, you have a boss who owns a cellar or just loves to drink and collect wine and you are also looking to maybe start your own collection?

Well if you fall in any of these categories, I'm here to facilitate the growth of your palate for wine, educate (consult) and/or help you start your wine collection.

I’m a hands on kind of person, so I’m flexible about traveling to where you are most comfortable and finding your palate some wine buddies to carry it into the sunset.

Services

RESTAURANT AND EVENT SERVICES::

Consulting on Menu: (pairings and things of that nature) $40 per hour
Instructing staff on wine etiquette: $45 per hour
Wine pouring at dinners/events: $35 per hour
Wine Presentations: $45 to $60 per hour
Consulting on Menu: (pairings and things of that nature) $40 per hour



What I do:

  • Give consultations to Restaurants in order to enhance Wine list when a Sommelier is not available. (Pairing Wine lists with Food Menu)
  • Help you pick wines for whatever event you plan to throw (wedding, corporate parties, and most social events)
  • Also pour at events. Rate is $35.00+ per hour
  • Start and set up your wine collection
  • Start out with 2 to 5 bottles for you to taste so that I get a clear picture of your taste buds.
  • Do all research
  • Find great deals
  • If needed, I give background and history of bottles clients buy First Meeting -
  • I bring 2 to 5 bottles for you to taste
  • Questions will be asked, so that I am able to decipher each clients palate.
  • By understanding your responses to my questions, and what you like in a wine, I can find wines that fit your palate.
  • The cost is 35.00 as initial, that includes the first 20 miles in which I have to travel to your location. (depending on the size of event other costs will be negotiated)
  • Any miles over 20 is a dollar per mile, roundtrip.
  • If none of the 2 to 5 bottles work for you, I just ask for amount of gas mileage over the first 20 miles and half of the 35.00 initial fee.

$100 - $220

$100 - $220 + $35 per hour

$210 - $450
- Initial Meeting with wine Buyer (discuss wines)
- We serve from 5 - 15 people
- A selection of great thought- provoking wines

Tasters Package B

$210 - $450 + $35 per hour

- We serve from 5 - 15 people
- A selection of great thought- provoking wines

The Sipper Package Group A – $350 - $710

  • Initial Meeting with wine buyer (discuss wines)

The Sipper Package Group B – $350 - $710 + $35 per hour

  • Initial Meeting with wine buyer (discuss wines)
  • Providing wine for 20 to 50 people
  • On a Budget wines

The Taster’s Package Group A – $590 - $1,310

  • Initial Meeting with wine buyer (discuss wines)
  • Providing wine for 20 to 50 people
  • Thought provoking wines

Taster’s Package Group B – $590 - $1,310 + $35 per hour

  • Providing wine for 20 to 50 people

Set up wine collection

50 to 100 Bottles = $150 - $300 plus cost of Bottles and Labor

  • Includes initial meeting to figure out wine needs (wine collector or drinker)
  • Consultation on wines that may fit your collection
  • Analysis of wines and history
  • Pick and Purchase bottles on behalf of client

101 to 500 Bottles = $310 - $1,500 plus cost of Bottles and Labor

  • Includes initial meeting to figure out wine needs (wine collector or drinker)
  • Consultation on wines that may fit your collection
  • Analysis of wines and history
  • Pick and Purchase bottles on behalf of client

501 to 1000 Bottles = $1,510 - $7500 plus cost of Bottles and Labor

  • Includes initial meeting to figure out wine needs (wine collector or drinker)
  • Consultation on wines that may fit your collection
  • Analysis of wines and history
  • Pick and Purchase bottles on behalf of client
